The Fellowship curriculum is designed to give you the skills to challenge and change the status quo of our political system. For a breakdown of each of the units, click here.
- In Unit 1, entitled How to Save American Democracy, you will get an overview of many of the overarching challenges and threats our democracy faces, why we created "Civics 2030", and how you can help us hatch a plan to save and build the future of American democracy (seriously).
- In Unit 2, entitled How to Know and Grow Thyself, you will learn the importance of knowing and growing yourself, your partnerships, and your communities in order to make lasting positive change.
- In Unit 3, entitled How to "Map" Our Democratic Challenges, you will learn how to "map" democratic systems and identify where to intervene to make them healthier.
- In Unit 4, entitled How to Build Toward a Brighter 2030, you will begin thinking about how to chart a 2030 vision for American democracy, and begin drafting a plan for the next ten years of your Civic Superheroic journey. In order for you to do this well, you will learn about what and who it takes to change a system for the better.
